ActorGuild.org offers adult Actors a cost-effective method of increasing internet exposure by building and hosting personal web pages, and maintaining a fully searchable member directory. Our site is specifically designed without the barrage of advertisements typically found on the internet梫isitors will encounter no commercial distractions to lead them away. Our sole purpose is to make available to the internet public such information supplied by member actors, and at member actors' sole responsibility.

Membership

Membership in this website includes hosting of one Personal Web Page, and listing in our Actor Directory. There are currently no membership fees. This may change at a future date.

Age Limit

Membership in limited to individuals over age eighteen. By submitting information to this web site, all participants stipulate that they are at least eighteen years of age.

Acceptance

Actorguild.org is a private entity, and is not affiliated with any other organization. We do not represent talent to the industry, nor the industry to participating talent. The sole intent of this site is to provide a creditable and professional venue for promoting member actors and their work online. All information posted on this site is provided by participating members, and is their sole responsibility. 

All applications for membership and material submissions to this site are subject to review and approval by site administrator. Any application or material submission which is, in the site administrator's sole judgment, inappropriate, unprofessional, offensive or otherwise frivolous shall be rejected without recourse.

Photos

All image URLs submitted to this site must be actual image URLs. We recommend you do not submit photos hosted on free web community sites such as Geocities and Xoom, as these sites interfere with outside linking to images--your photos may not load correctly on our site. All image URLs are subject to review, and may be deleted if load time is unacceptable.

Termination

Members agree to submit only true, legal, complete and accurate information for posting on this site. If any information provided by a member is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or is in the site administrator's sole judgment, offensive, unprofessional, or inappropriate to the spirit of this site, ActorGuild.org has the right to terminate member's account without recourse or refund and  may refuse submitting member any and all current or future use of the services provided by this web site.

Account Modifications

Members may modify their Directory listing and/or Personal Web Page at any time without charge. Access to this information is password protected, and requires an accompanying User ID. Modifications to the Actor Directory shall take effect after our next site update, which generally occurs daily. Personal Web Page modifications take effect immediately upon submission of new information.

Liability

Members and site visitors to this site acknowledge that ActorGuild.org has no liability, direct or indirect, in the event of loss or damage of any nature associated with participation in, or viewing, of this site regardless of cause, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, related to service interruption, suspension or termination. Members and site visitors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ActorGuild.org harmless from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from membership in, or viewing of, this website which damages either member, viewing visitor, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception.

ActorGuild.org reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services provided on this web site with or without notice to any member. Members agrees that ActorGuild.org shall not be liable to members or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of this web site.
